Move-In requirement:
- You must be able to take occupancy within 30 days of application
Income requirements:
- Gross monthly household earned income must be at least 3 times the rental rate
Employment verification:
- Copies of last 2 paycheck stubs
- Employer name, address, phone number
- Position
Credit profile:
- Credit reports are generated on each applicant 18 years, or older
Residency verification:
- Current landlord information
- Past landlord information
Automatic rejection:
- Felony convictions
- Open bankruptcies
- Unpaid judgements pertaining to rent
If approved:

If your application is approved, you must be able to pay the security deposit, which is equal to the rent amount, to hold the property until your lease start date. Without this deposit, the property remains actively available.
